Full Body Flow
Class duration: 1 hour | Price: £8-£10 (suggested donation)
A flow of yoga poses linking body and breath to awaken and enliven every bit of you. A different sequence each time, always with a focus on experiencing and enjoying being in your body.
I give options to modifying many of the poses so that this class is suitable for every level and every body.
Slower Flow with Back and Shoulder Focus
Duration: 1 hour | Price: £8-£10 (suggested donation)
A slower paced flow with stretching, strengthening and balancing to help to correct posture and reduce or eliminate back and shoulder pain.
Deep relax stretch and breathe
Duration: 1 hour | Price: £8-£10 (suggested donation)
A wonderful way to let go of stress, We hold each pose for long enough for our bodies and minds to let go of tension and stress. We breathe slowly and relax as completely as possible, ending the class lighter and freer.
